When the mushrooms start to soften, add broccoli florets and stir-fry until the broccoli is tender. Place a wok or large non-stick frying pan on a medium-high heat with the vegetable oil. Stir-fry the cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, red pepper and onion in remaining oil until crisp-tender. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

  1. Cut the chicken into small thin strips.
  2. Marinate the chicken pieces in cornstarch,pepper,soysauce and 1 tbsp stirfry sauce and salt for half an hour in the refrigerator.
  3. Keep the IP on sauté mode for 20 mins,heat 2 tbsp oil.
  4. Add minced garlic and the chicken pieces, stirfry untill its cooked for about 3 to 4 mins.
  5. Remove the chicken pieces from the inner pot and add the veggies(broccoli,crrots and sweet peas first) along with the remaining oil and stirfy untill soft for about 5 mins
  6. Now mix in the onions,bellpeppers and zucchini pieces and stirfry for another 2 mins
  7. Add in the chicken pieces along with the veggies and stifry.
  8. Add honey,and soysauce,ketchup,pepper and salt as needed.
  9. Continue cooking on sauté mode for another 4 mins.You can cover with a glass lid during this time.
  10. Once done, sprinkle some sesame seeds and serve hot with white rice.

Stir-fry the cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, red pepper and onion in remaining oil until crisp-tender. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from pan and place onto a large plate. Add an additional Tbsp of coconut oil and the sesame oil to the pan. The veggies won't be fully defrosted at this point - that's fine.
